-chan and -san are different suffixes and are not usually used together. I might go with "Take-nee" in the future if you guys are fine with it. (-nee means older sister if you don't know)
I'm kinda familiar with the honorifics. But oh my bad, I've read a chapter before, it was either from Village Idiot or SCX, and addressed her as such, so I thought that was the right one. D: And please feel free to use whatever suffix you really prefer and/or think that is more appropriate, don't mind me. xD
